Power orders are the main XP source for facility employees. The Shift Manager or Plant Director has to enable them. Without that toggle, the board stays empty.
How to read one order
An order shows a target excess in kilowatts, a margin, and a hold timer. Example from the reactor guide: target 21,108 kW and margin 1,161 kW means you must keep excess between 19,947 and 22,269 until the timer ends. Move excess with the turbine valve. Finish the order before you switch grids, unless you are in a real power failure.
Without the Power Order Efficiency policy, orders land from 15,000 to 24,500 kW. With that policy they double, and the per-order pay cited alongside them goes from 150 XP to 300 XP. The policy does not force you to raise temperature. On the external grid you can run doubled orders at 1,420 K. Doubled orders usually need both turbines, because one turbine does not cover the range up to 49,000 kW.
New orders are described as arriving about every 90 seconds. Between orders, hold excess near 19,000 kW, or near 39,500 kW when orders are doubled, so the next target is a small valve change.
End-of-shift tier
This bonus is separate from the per-order pay:
| Orders completed | Tier | Shift bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 3 | Tier 1 | 500 XP |
| 4 to 6 | Tier 2 | 1,000 XP |
| 7 or more | Tier 3 | 3,000 XP |
One progression summary says the 3,000 XP Tier 3 bonus doubles to 6,000 XP on weekend double XP. The Roblox description itself only says double XP on weekends. It does not print the tier table.
Which grid
| Temperature | Grid | Why you would pick it |
|---|---|---|
| 1,420 K | External | Turbine power all goes to orders. Transformers are the weak point. |
| 1,420 K | Turbines | The station does not need the transformers. You give up the top of the doubled order range. |
| 2,100 K or more | Turbines, or external | Hazard Pay, if voted in, adds XP above 2,100 K and subtracts it below. One lost feedwater pump is much more dangerous. |
The long guide says the station needs at least 20,000 kW of turbine output to run on the turbine grid, and it describes excess on that grid as turbine output minus 25,000 kW. Other summaries say cooling needs 23,320 kW, or that the station consumes 30,000 kW. Those figures were not reconciled. Read the live excess number on the panel.
External grid: the national network both feeds the station and takes your excess. Turbine grid: turbines feed the station and the leftover is the order. Generator grid: only when transformers are down and both turbines are desynced. Cooling is only partly powered in that state. Keep at least two generators running.
Hazard Pay and the efficiency policy are votes from a Plant Director meeting. They are not always on. The active policies are posted on the back wall of the control room.
Change temperature with rods, the coolant valve, or relief valves only when both synced turbines are already at 100 percent valves and you still cannot reach the order. Tell the turbine operator before you move temperature. A moving temperature makes flow hard to hold.
